Car Smashes into a Party; Injures 14 People!!!!
On Thursday in New York City a man lost all control of his car and smashed into a Hanukkah celebration injuring 14 people. Six of the 14 that were injured were children that were at this event. These Jewish families were a part of the Chabad Orthodox Jewish movement and were celebrating what is known as the Chanukah Wonderland. This is an all day event in which the kids have fun..They have all sorts of things to get in to like a playhouse and a theater. There have been no reports of anyone being extremely hurt..
7 Year Old Handicapped Girl Dies After Fall
A 7 year old girl, named Chelsea Maldonado, died after falling out of her family’s apartment window on Wednesday in New York. She passed on Christmas Day. She fell 5 stories out of the New York apartment . Maldonado was blind in one eye, autistic and also used a wheelchair in order to get around. Police say it is not at all clear how she fell as of yet because there was a child protection lock on the window she fell out of so it really does not make any sense to me. But we shall see how this story unfolds because I don’t believe this will be the last time this story will appear in the news.
Santa Spreading Holiday Death!!!!
I was just looking on MSNBC.com and they are reporting that a man dressed in a Santa suit came to the house of his former in-laws during their Christmas eve party and killed eight people and then killed himself. But before he did this he set the house where the murders took place ablaze. He used a homemade device to set the house on fire in an attempt to get rid of all evidence. This is one of the most twisted and shocking events hands down that has taken place during the holiday season thus far. Apparently, this all stemmed from a messy divorce that finally reached a settlement not too long ago. The man, named Bruce Pardo, was 45 and looking for revenge from that entire side of the family. He knew to dress up as Santa because a neighbor had a tradition of always doing it for the children that attended this party every year. What the party-goers did not know was that this neighbor had moved away. The word is that his marriage only lasted for about a year so I am guessing that he was pretty upset about that because it is stated that the divorce was not really agreed upon by both parties.
So the tale unfolds like this, a small, innocent 8 year old girl answers the door at the party and Pardo came in and the first person he shot was her. He had the gun wrapped as if it were a present. Kind of takes the magic away from jolly old Saint Nick doesn’t it. He tagged this sweet little girl in the face and then went on to just start shooting at anyone who was at the party. His former wife and her parents are believed to be dead as well although police have not confirmed any victims yet. Then, after everyone is dead or hurt trying to escape, Pardo drives off to his brother’s house and kills himself there with a shot to his own head.
Among other victims that survived, as reported by MSNBC.com were, “A 16-year-old girl was shot in the back, and a 20-year-old woman broke her ankle when she escaped by jumping from a second-story window. Those two, and the 8-year-old, remained hospitalized Christmas Day. All were expected to recover”. And the little eight year old girl who opened the door is expected to recover as well.
Also, Pardo has no history of violence at all but all of the sudden just snapped. One could say this is all because of the divorce that just took place. Talk about not being able to handle real life situations. This is really crazy…Below is a video of the occurrence if you guys want to check it out…
Eartha Kitt Dies!!!! :(
Eartha Kitt, who is best known as Catwoman in the 1960’s on Batman has died….She was 81 years old and was having a battle with Colon Cancer that her armor could not withstand any longer…..She died on Christmas day in Connecticut in her home. This is such a sad occurrence because we do not have many of these great legends left today in the world…
Throughout her wonderful life she received two Daytime Emmy Awards for her work on the animated show the Emperor’s New School, and was also nominated for two Tony’s for the plays Timbuktu and Wild Party. She also wrote books and started in several shows and movies. Showing just how multi-talented she really was… Here are some videos and pictures of her life and career…

Now we all know Beyonce needs more work in the acting department but after I took a look at this trailer I thought maybe she could do a little something here.
