Fantasia Going Back to High School

It is being reported on E!Online that Fantasia is going back to school….As we all know, she dropped out of school in the ninth grade and since then she has been aiming to go back…I think this is a good thing for Fantasia (as a person) although I have no idea how the media is going to take this…We shall see, here are some quotes from the article explaining the songstress move to go back to school
The American Idol star, 24, says she’s ready to hit the books and earn her high school degree after giving up the chance to do so when she dropped out of school about a decade ago in the ninth grade.
“I’ve been talking about it for so long,” Fantasia told me earlier today. “I have a lot of young people who look up to me, like my 15-year-old brother and 7-year-old daughter. It’s something that I really need to do and that I want to do.”
So this is a great thing for Ms. Barrino and she is supposed to be recording a new album for later this year as well…Can’t wait!!!!
Idol’s Bikini Girl Offered a Playboy Spread!!!

This is the mess I am talking about right here. I mean why do we live in a world where this girl could even get past the first round of American Idol (which is supposed to be a singing competition) in the first place. Now, because she has an awesome body, she may be getting a sexy Playboy ad. This type of action just shows how much America is fixated on looks instead of true talent in this day and age. I mean this is crazy to me she goes on AI to show off her rocking bod and now she is getting another opportunity to make money by showing off her body. “[I’ve had] a lot of different offers, like Vegas promotion offers. Of course Playboy has called,” Darrell told Access Hollywood’s Tony Potts on Thursday afternoon.
Darrell, who found early favor with judges Simon Cowell and Randy Jackson despite an audition altercation with new judge Kara DioGuardi, said accepting any offer from Playboy would be all about “timing.”
Whether she would actually ditch the bikini for a Playboy shoot, though, is up in the air.
“I don’t know. I would have to think about that,” she said. “My dad would probably kill me.”
As “Idol” fans know, Katrina was axed from the show during Hollywood week after failing to impress the judges in a group audition. During the show, Katrina was shown heading to bed while her fellow group members stayed up practicing.
I am glad that she was booted off of the show because now the real takent can shine through…
